Using the Silver Brick platform, property owners are able to easily track the recurring tasks related to their respective properties.
Request Management
Tenants / Landlords can submit requests via the Silver Brick mobile application. The life cycle of the request can be tracked as the Silver Brick team works to complete the tasks.
Each request is assigned to a Silver Brick team member, and tenants are able to communicate through the app with the Silver Brick team as needed, using the chat feature.
Tenants will be kept up to date as to the status of their requests through the Silver Brick mobile application.
Notifications are sent out whenever a Silver Brick team member completes a task.
A Silver Brick team member takes pictures of the completed task at the property. A Silver Brick administrator is notified of this update
A Silver Brick administrator reviews the quality of the task completion and approves it, notifying the property owner(s)
Property owners are now able to review the latest task completion pictures for each property they have within the Silver Brick platform
